Day 29 – A Good Day Not to Run.

Today was a good day.

Woke up with a sore knee after yesterday’s collision so made the decision it was a no-run day.

Went to fatty club tonight and have now lost 8lbs in 4 weeks. Yay me.

For Janathon I did a brisk 2 mile walk home.

Run club tomorrow. Yay.
