Run to the Beat. 36 hours and counting …..

…….. nope.  Not nervous at all.

I have decided though that this run on Sunday will be my line in the sand.  I am going to take a week off and then start a disciplined training programme for the VLM.  That will give me 24 weeks.

I will document the journey.  Good and bad here.

I may even share this blog address with people so I have a sense of accountability or summat.

Right …. carbs.
